Earth Hour (to me) is a time where we take some time to give some back to the world that gave everything to us. It unites us as humans, and we all work toward a similar cause: to help our Earth.

Five ways to support Earth Hour:
1. Wear Earth colours (I am doing that)
2. Plant trees (I did this last year)
3. Plant other types of plants (I'm doing this tonight)
4. Turn off all the electronics at earth Hour (We are doing this as a school)
5. Don't throw anything out!!!!!!!! (I'm doing this)

To me earth hour is a special time where we spend extra time to care about the earth. It brings us together in celebrations and we all work to clean and take care of the earth.I personally think everyday should be earth hour- not turing off all lights but taking extra time to care about the earth.

Five things that I would like to do to help our earth.

1.Try to recycle as much as I can.
2.make a nice garden (at my old school we did that)
3.Turn off anything that uses energy/power.
4.get together to celebrate without using any energy.
5. Don't use are cars to drive anywhere (least amount of driving as possible).

To me Earth Hour is a cool, and fun way to support the earth, and do somethings that we don't normally do, because mostly we are on our Ipods, Ipads, Iphones, etc.
Five ways to support earth hour:
1. Turn off, or unplug anything electric.
2.Use a flashlight for some games, such as, flashlight tag.
3. Open up a window for natural light that the earth gives to us.
4. Recycle as much as you can.
5.Wear earth colours: blue and green.

To me, earth hour is a time we try to help the earth and trying to make it a cleaner place. If we don't start saving our planet- we will run out of resources and power sooner or later (probably a long time from now, but still).

Here are five things that we can do to support Earth:

1. Use as little electricity as possible, for example lighting. For light, use flashlights and candles instead of lights. (We can't have sunlight because earth hour on Saturday is 8:30-9:00 pm)
2. Even though we should do this everyday, try not to pollute the earth. (Example, make less garbage and reduce, reuse and recycle)
3.Celebrate earth hour with non-electronic games or activities. (Example, go read a book or play a board game.)
4. Wear Earth colours which are blue, green, and brown.
5. Go outside and start biking or running, playing sports, etc.

Earth hour to me is a time to realize that we use (in my opinion) too much electricity and that we are quite dependent on our electronics, not really paying attention to some of the needs of our Earth. I think that we should go outside and pick up trash from an area or help plant some plants. We take so much from the Earth: water, trees, animals, plants, and many other things besides those. We should give back as much as we can, showing that we care.

Come up with five ways that you could support Earth Hour tomorrow. Do you plan on following through with any of your ideas?
1) Turn off any electronics or lights that don't really need to be on. This applies to anytime, not just Earth hour. (I do this all the time)
2) Go outside pick up trash (I sometime to this in my neighborhood)
3) Go outside and plant some trees or flowers, etc. (I always like to help plant flowers in the Spring time)
4) Recycle what you can, every day (I do this everyday)
5) Before throwing things away, take a moment to see if it can be recycled, donated to a thrift store, sold a garage sale, or give it to a relative/friend who could use it or donate it to the less fortunate (I do this also)
