The main message is that if an egeptian ruler wants to be known well they build. this is shown by the temple that the queen made because the little kid was ruling. in her statues she was mad into a man because she did not think that women would be remembered. I learned that men are made with red and women are made with yellow in statue works.

She was born to a warrior king and her younger brother was not fit to rule so she took his place as ruler. Hatshepsut was very smart when she died she portraied herself as a man and I think she invented the chariot. She had a big burial ground built for her to live in and was buired in it. it was discovered in the 19th century and is still being dug up today.

Hatshepsut was daughter to an Egyptian Warrior King. As a female pharaoh, she felt she need to be well known. She got married to her fathers successor, when he died his son became pharaoh. Hatshepsut felt she could do better than a child so she built a temple so she would be remembered when she died. But Hatshepsut knew that women are never as well known as men (Which fortunately has changed now) so in the statues, she portrayed herself as a man by putting the beard and giving it red skin. Hatshepsut is very smart. I learned how to tell the difference between a boy and girl in Egyptian artwork.

I think that the main message is that this girl thought that she could change egypt and did. When the Egyptians built statues they built men with red faces and women with yellow faces. Egyptian rulers built building s for people to worship them once they died.
