I found out that I only eat 46% of the Daily calorie intake. And that my diet is healthy. I'm just not getting enough Fiber

On my first try I got 6/11 and on my second I got 11/12. I messed up on the Left hand one.

When I put in my regular meal (plus a few extras) I found out that my Daily Calorie Intake was at 98%! Wow! Something else that I found out was that I need to eat more fiber.

I did horribly (5/11 on my first one, then the second time I did it i got 11/11).

YAAAAAY!

I got 6/11 on my first try, and then I tried again and I got 11/11. I think that it was really interesting to learn about all of these different eating etiquette from around the world. I was however very hurt by the fact that in France, the cook is insulted when you ask for ketchup.

That is all.

Thank you, thank you very much.

P.S. I will be back

I got 4/11 on my first try for the game, then 11/11 on the second one (some of those are some quite weird cultures!), and I learned that my diet is quite healthy, I have a lot of iron and vitamin c in it. It is lacking vitamin A though. I also need more fiber.

(by cultures I meant eating etiquette)

(Note: Actually I'm only missing fiber, my vitamin a count is more than my calories bar so that is healthy)

I think that my diet is quite healthy. I clicked several (similar) meals on the “Have a Bite Café” game. According to the website, I did not get enough calories in the meals. Personally, I think that, although this may be a reflection of the actual meals that I chose, that does not say much about my diet, or about the meal itself. I eat a variety of foods, several of which were not options. Also, the amount of calories that a person of a certain age and of a certain gender should have is not always the same. It varies from person to person. There are many things that determine how many calories someone should eat for example, height, weight, the activities that a person does or does not participate in, and many more variables. Just because someone is eating a lot of calories doesn’t mean that they are eating healthy foods.

I think that my my score in the “Don’t Gross Out the World Game” was six out of eleven the first time I played. The second time I got eleven out of eleven. I found it very interesting.

These are my results:

Don’t Gross out the World:
The first time I played I think I got four questions wrong. The second time I played, I got all the answers right. I was really surprised with some of the answers! Like at a Spanish snack bar, when you’re done with your old napkins, food, wrappers and other debris, you just throw them on the floor! I really liked this game. There were a lot of interesting and cool facts that I learned!

Nutrition Café:
In “Have a Bite Café,” I like how you can check how good your diet is by telling it your name, gender and what you eat during they day. If you aren't sure how healthy you’re eating, you can just go to this website and check! I think I have a good diet overall. I eat the right amount of vegetables and fruits. I make sure not to have too much “junk food” during my day, either. I would also say I'm a good eater. Some days, I eat healthier than others. The “Nutrition Sleuth” and “Grab a Grape” were fun games. I forget what score I got ,though. Grab a Grape was kind of like Jeopardy. This website was interesting!
