#1 How is dance used in popular culture?
A: Us Humans are involved in lots of things that include dance. We normally dance everyday, whether it's out in public or in your room, we all once in a while dance. There are also lots of dance competitions, or you even see dancing out on the street. There are TONS of videos on YouTube (or other) about dancing. Overall, that is how dance is used in popular culture.
#2 How is dance used to communicate a message?
In the past, dance was used as speech, and also group dances are speech but talking to all of the group. Today, sometimes dance is used to tell another person "I don't like you" or "You're not welcome here".

Dance is used in popular culture because we all are involved with dance. Humans dance a lot and enjoy doing it. Some people take dance classes and dance there, there are shows on TV like dancing with the stars, look up dancing on YouTube. Overall We dance a lot. Dance is used to communicate message in tons of ways. When you dance some moves give messages. In dance battles when you are trying to win you usually dance like the opponent should get out or forfeit.

1. I think dance is used in popular culture for entertainment for people, because people cheer for other people when they think the persons dancing is good. It is also good exercise for your body, because you move around when you are dancing.

2. I think dace is used in communication like when someone is trespassing your property, the dancing is probably going to look like you are powerful and you don't want them where you are.

Question 1: We all dance, most people dance at some time in their life. Dance is almost everywhere. On the internet, on TV, video games, advertisements, newspapers, and many more places. People take dance lessons, lots of people watch dance.

Question 2: I think that dance is used in communication because when we dance, we dance usually to a certain emotion. When we dance to emotion, we give off body language, and body language can show what mood you are in, if you want something or not and many other things.

How is dance used in popular culture? How is dance used to communicate a message?
Dancing is used to let out your emotions. Some people dance because they are happy, others dance to tell a story. Hopping up and around might indicate a joyful and spirited mood while slow movements with sorrowful music may show sadness, mourning, or grief.
Some people dance in competitions and/or on a team because they like to dance and want to learn the skills and might be very competitive. People can like to dance because it makes them happy or helps to calm them.
