He's right. KIds know different things then adults do. Some things are more important to kids then to adults and parents don't always notice what there kids like.

That was quite interesting. Even in a small town as Burlington, all the candidates spend most of the time trying to get adults to vote for them, not kids. If we all voted we would make a difference.

I don't think kids should vote because we could hear that a candidate is promising icecream days at school. When we hear that we may vote for that individual because we like icecream, but that person may have a terrible plan for the city. I think kids (not all kids) would be more likely to overlook the more important details.
However I do think that if you are in univercity or college you should vote because the city's major issues effect you not just your parents.

This video made quite the appereance I think that he makes a good point if we could vote we could make a big difference to the polls adualts don't always see what kids do, they do not have the same opinion as we do, and at the very least university students should have the privledge! It is a free coutry and we have opinions of great value!!

when Rick Mercer said students should vote he didn't mean kids, he ment university students.
