In the song it says "Until The son of God appears" I think it has to do with advent because after advent, Jesus is born!

I would want for him to not play the guitars for that long and just sing! Outherewise, It's good.

O come O Emanuel
Like Cat, I don't know whom Emanuel is, but I think he probably has something to do with Jesus. S o the song is saying to us O come 'Jesus', so we should 'open our hearts' to him. Advent is all about opening our hearts to Jesus and God, so this song and Advent go 'Hand in Hand'.

This song applys to advent because it is talking about the coming of Christ because Christ is Emmanuel, and that is what Avent is all about the coming of christ.

I liked the flow of the song and the way that in the song and how they didn't sing really loud, but they sang softly.

I think this song applys to advent because emmanuel means saviour in jewish I'm pretty sure so it ties in by saying "O come O come Saviour" and jesus was said to be the saviour of the jewish people.
I like this version because it has more of a beat from the guitar ( I hope to be able to play this on my guitar) and I also like it because it is my favourite christmas song.

This song applies to Advent because Emmanuel is another name for Jesus and it is saying " O Come, O Come Emmanuel" refers to him coming because Christmas is when Jesus was born. The song is also saying that we should " Rejoyce, Rejoyce" because He is coming.
I like this version because it uses mainly only one instrument-a guitar, but I don't like it because I can't hear the singer very well. Lucilly I already know the song!!
The singer has a good voice, though.

I don't really know what emanuel is but I searched it on google and apperently it is a name for Christ so since they are saying Oh come emanuel is like Oh come Jesus and since Jesus was born at the end of Advent it is tlking about advent!

I think the song O come O come Emmanuel has to do with Advent because it is saying 'O come O come Emmanuel' and 'rejoice, rejoice, emmanuel.' So I'm assuming that emmanuel is Jesus so it is telling Jesus to come which makes sense because advent is waiting for Jesus. And it says rejoice because after Jesus was born everybody is happy. It also says 'Until the son of God appears' so emmanuel is definitely Jesus. This song ties into Advent a lot.
I like this version of the song and I like how it gets faster near the end because at the beginning in my opinion it seems sort of depressing. And the singer should also enunciate more because the only words I really heard were: 'Until the son of God appears', 'rejoice, rejoice' and 'O come O come emmanuel'

O Come O Come Emmanual-
I think that `O come O come Emmanual` relates to Advent because I am guessing that Emmanual is Jesus so the song is saying that, well, we can not wait for the arrival of baby Jesus!

What I like about this version is the tune ;P

O Come O Come Emmanuel Response
I think that this video/song related to Advent. I think this because It is saying "O come emmanuel" and I am assuming emmanuel has something to do with Jesus, so it is bassically saying O come Jesus, so we are inviting him into our hearts, which is what Advent is all about.

(I like the rythim and the tune to the song, but it would be better if the guy would pronounce his words more. I had to watch it multiple times to find out what he was saying.)

They keep repeating "rejoice" and it's because emmanuel is the one who professes for god. It relates to advent because of the welcoming of Jesus comes, so rejoice!

Well the song relates to Advent because they are asking Jesus (Emmanuel is really Jesus) to come to Israel, so it almost like Advent. in the video, they say 'O come, O come Emmanuel', so it is like asking Jesus to come and save us.
It is a nice song but, I have to agree with Abbileigh about the guitars though.

This song applies to advent because advent is the time when we prepare for the coming of Jesus. This song says "rejoice rejoice" several times during the song to let us know we are saved by Jesus' coming. What I like about this song is the guitar solo at around 2:50.
