I'm celebrating advent by waiting for the coming of Christ our Lord. Also I'm celebrating it by thinking about what Jesus would do if he was waiting for us. Jesus is the nicest person that ever lived so I think we should respect him as he respects us. Laslty, I am going to be patient and wait for the coming of Jesus the Savior.
In my house, during Advent we do many things to prepare for the coming of Jesus Christ. One being that we light an Advent candle every night before we eat dinner, also we say a specific prayer for each week of Advent.
i am celebrating advent by decorating my house and baking treats for my neihbors! Last Christmas I baked caramel popcorn and handed it out to our friends and others down the street!
My family is celebrating the coming of Jesus by doing better things and praying like Jesus would do if he was still with us. I am not only celebrating advent at home. We are also celebrating it at school with our class by lighting fake candles and praying every day.
I'm celebrating Advent by doing a craft that I made at my old school one Christmas. I put Yellow and orange tissue paper in a paper advent wreath that I made. I put it in a little paper cylinder so it looks like a candle, three purple one pink like a real advent calender. Also this year like every year we put up other craft I made at my old school. It's a nativity. There is little paper stand-ups of Mary, Joseph, sheep, a donkey, and baby Jesus in a cradle. They are all in a side ways emptyed orange crate, it's turned side ways to make a manger. When I made it I glued shreaded paper with the colours yellow and brown. That is how I'm celebrating Advent this year.
I use an Advent Calender, every morning when I wake up there is a little surprise for me. Also I will be loving and caring to all of my family and friends and I will spread Christmas cheer!

I am celebrating advent with my family on Christmas eve and singing holy songs about when Jesus came to our presents.
