The red haired kid is the bully (the red head is always the bully or the victim kinda sucks for me)
Billy should have walked away or told an adult(although my reaction wouldn't quite be the same)

Also The bully is the group of kids that were staring at him and that put the worms in his lunch.

The kid with the red hair was being very mean and acting like a bully to Billy so, I'd say that He is the bully.

The red haired kid is the bully because he is purposely being mean and offending Billy because he is new.

The person with the red hair and the green shirt is the bully. You can tell because he told his "gang" to stare at the victim
and they were pushing and yelling at him. If I were there I would have stood up and told the bullies to leave him alone, and so what if he eats worms?

The kid with the red/bash hair is the bully because he is throwing worms at the new kid

I think the red haired boy is the bully and I think Billy should tell an adult or someone he trusts like a teacher and/or mom dad an older sister or brother. Or tell them to stop, then if it happens again he should do the first one, if that doesn't work than I would suggest getting some friends around to help you.

The guys staring at the kid are obviously the bullies because you can tell just by the way they're acting verbally, and they are being very mean to the new kid.He is also being mean to the other kid just because he's new and he's purposely telling the guys aroundto stare at the kid in a mean way so you can kind of tell he's the bully.
