What is Global Solidarity?
Our national, racial, ethnic, economic, or ideological differences, do not matter. Solidarity means loving our neighbour. John Paul ll said that since solidarity is a virtue, when we demonstrate global solidarity, “we demonstrate a firm and preserving determination to commit oneself to the common good.”
